11:35 a.m. - 12: 25 p.m. - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Grades
12:10 p.m. - 12:50 p.m. - 4th, 5th Grades
(Kinders may attend with a parent or guardian.)
What is the Swarm?
The Swarm is a really fun morning for students that is all about action-packed multi-grade team games. Unless you are volunteering, please note that this is a STUDENT ONLY event.
We need volunteers to help with set-up, game playing, clean up and food distribution. You can sign up to work with your child's teacher or just pick an area of interest. We will also need a lot of grapes and oranges. We hope you can join us to volunteer and stay to picnic with your children after. Please follow the link on the Home and School Club's website to sign up… Parents are invited to join the fun if you are not volunteering that morning for a post Swarm Family Picnic on the grass at 11:35.
Family Picnic and Cafeteria Closing
Parents are encouraged to come and picnic with their children! Pizza My Heart and Los Gatos Meats picnic lunch meals are available for pre-order purchase through an online order form on the Home and School Club's website. Orders must be placed by Friday, May 5th. There will not be additional food for sale on event day. Please still pack drinks or any sides your child may want to supplement their pizza or sandwich.
Cafeteria Closed During Lunch on May 12th
PLEASE NOTE that the cafeteria WILL NOT be available for hot lunch purchases on Friday, May 12thduring The Swarm and the Family Picnic.
